At first I loved the product and gave it a good review. After about 20-25 uses, the power switch stopped working. Since the usage was not daily, more than 30 days passed before the power switch broke. Therefore I was not able to get a full refund and I did NOT want a replacement. I had the prior model and this is a big improvement in handling it as it has a curved body now instead of straight. Also the tip release is farther away so you cannot accidently push it when using it like I did a few times with the old one. Also the on off switch is easier to use than before. Can't think of anything that can be improved |
