It works awesome, it has 3 settings and the charge lasts for a long time. I used to use Waterpik, but they are terrible compared to this product. The Waterpik was more expensive, takes up too much space on the counter and has to be plugged in. The Toilet Tree product is small and compact for traveling and the adjustable waterflow really works well to clean and massage the gums. I've been using this product for a few weeks now and even my dentist has commented on how good my gums look, so I've bought these for my kids also, so they will have healthy gums too. ToiletTree continues to make well made products that work way beyond expectations. My husband loves his Toilet Tree fogless mirror, so we tried this irrigator and yet again we were pleasantly surprised at what a good quality product this is. It worked great and was very beneficial to use after brushing my teeth. I feel like it worked better than floss, but I still used it in conjunction with floss. Unfortunately, it broke after a month or so of use. I believe I was given a full refund from Toiletree. Several months later, I received a brand new irrigator. That malfunctioned as well. I contacted Toiletree again after receiving a request to review the new product I received. I didn't want to leave a bad review for a good product that malfunctioned and the company took responsibility for. They, in fact, sent me a third oral irrigator. Thus far, it works fine and I'm very happy with it.I can't remember receiving customer service like this where the company takes such responsibility for the product and they want to get it right. Her gums were imflamed and had "pockets" around the implants. She was in pain and there were odors coming from under the dental bridge.After using the ToiletTree irrigator a few times, it flushed out some pieces of temporary cement that were missed in her dental cleaning. These cement pieces were in the gum pockets which probably prevented the gum from healing and caused the inflammation, pain and odor. As a result, the imflammation, the pain and odor is almost gone. She feels that her gums are now beginning to heal. So I am very pleased with this Oral Irrigator but it has some small issues. The first is that it takes a long time to charge (about 8 hours) each time my wife uses it. But in all fairness, she uses it for 20+ minutes after each meal which is probably much more extensively than a person with healthy teeth and gums.
