It is also messy on the sink counter with water spurting all over. I use the H2Oral Irrigator while I am in the shower. Hook up is easy. No need to have a PhD to do it. We have zero counter space, and the idea of a water tank that needs to be cleaned to prevent bacteria build up, gross. This one works great. Use in the shower using warm shower water. Easy to use, easy to stay on daily routine. Has a holder for the tips, very simple pressure -on/off and stays neatly in place for zero interference during shower use. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!
