I switched to a portable Waterpik and didn't like not being able to adjust the pressure and having to refill about three times each time I used it. This HydroCare system is so much more convenient! I use it every day while I'm showering and I never have to worry about mess, filling and refilling, electrical/battery issues, etc. It's easy to adjust the pressure.
