I started with a 4 setting and within a week moved to a 10. I use warm water and a little shot of gum tonic from my dentist. I am looking forward to my next cleaning, because my gums feel great. i know that the dental hygentist will be giving me an excellent report. Oh, did i say my gums feel great.
