It is so easy to use, rather than trying to use a threader to weave through my retainer, only to have the floss shred there and bug me all day. Unfortunately, rather than deal with these problems, I often opted not to floss as often as I should.It is super easy to use -- the "floss" is stiff enough to easily fit between the teeth, but doesn't poke or hurt at all.
